Recently, I came across a video in which a woman named Miranda claimed she had lost 70 pounds in the post-pregnancy period after she had this diet capsule. If the claims made by Miranda in the videos are valid, then they are excellent.
I don’t subscribe to those claims and testimonials to be entirely accurate. I have a bit different opinion on this pill after going through several clinical research on this slimming supplement.

People who were on the HCA diet showed greater appetite and craving suppression and reduced body weight without showing any signs of side effects.
Trial 2: A 12-week test (published in The Journal of the American Medical Association) involved 89 medium-overweight women treated with controlled diets for 12 weeks.
These women volunteers were tested in two groups: 42 women treated with 400 mg of GBE an hour before each meal for a total daily dose of 2.4g, and the second placebo group with 47 women. Both groups’ results of weight reduction were carefully watched and recorded week after week.
Outcome: The treated group measured a statistically higher reduction in weight than the placebo group (3.7 kg versus 2.4 kg). The results from garcinia may not have shown many significant differences, but HCA is 100% natural and safe to use compared to other diet solutions.
